A card and a mug

Haven't posted for a few days just been busy hours were running away from me for some reason . I have made these few weeks ago but I can now share with you

Just a quick wee note before I do the school run. So happy boys are back to school and I think they are too. Here are the sweetie Jars I done for Easter for Boys to give to their Granda and their Auntie Stephanie.

Upcycling a princess table

Happy Happy Sunday night whoo hoo kids back to school tomorrow and back into a routine that I've missed so much mind you at same time I love being with them and going places with them. 

A good few weeks ago I got a princess table and stool free on one of the selling pages I'm on Facebook. No I haven't any girls staying with me just wanted a small table to do the project I wanted to do for my grandsons was a Lego table as they love their lego

Front View of table I used all the grey flat boards that boys had some are lighter than others that you can see I used glue that my hubby gave to me to use and I can safely say its down for good haha because the glue was white and it came up between the edges of each board I got a tester pot of light grey colour that I had in my crafty stash and used it to paint over the glue and it worked.

Male 50th cards

 I got asked to make 2 male birthday cards but had to have one with Ducati 1098 a motorbike me not got a clue and other was Maserati quattroporte that's a car and yeah din't know that either so hubby to the rescue for me to make sure I was getting it right so glad he was there as I only know some bikes and a handfull of cars.so this is what I came up with.

Wacky Wednesday

Today has been a wacky crazy kinda day. Boys getting on each others nerves, picking on each other just the typical thing young boys do think they starting to get mega board of the Easter hols.

 Yesterday the boys and I went to see the Cumbernauld Theatre to see the "Little light" all about puppets, not the kind I was brought up with but we still enjoyed it the boys enjoyed themselves that's all I wanted we walked there in the pouring rain had a laugh going down and walked back home at least it was dry but cold wind when it was behind you. Boys wanted to go into Asda think they heard Easter eggs going cheap and yeah they were 25p to £3 which wasn't bad at all. 

Today I made to cards sorry can't show them of just yet but here is 2 that I made for my Sis-n-law.

I made this card using MCS software just for a wee change I kept on forgetting I had their Cd's the size of card is 11x11. This was a card for my sis-n-law from her Brother and myself 

This card I made was for my Grandsons to give to their Auntie Lynsey. I used MCS and their Believe in the Magic cd rom which you can find HERE I really liked using this cd also it was a different kinda card that I usually make for their Auntie.

Easter Bunnies

I made these cute cute Easter bunny egg boxes for my 2 Grandsons and my Friend's Granddaughters. I bought the  Bunny Box files in Silhouette store which you can find HERE cut on my cameo 3 with using Stampin Up card HERE  I think these are just adorable 

Happy Thursday evening

It's Thursday evening and I'm posting another blog post go on me whoohoo.

Couple of weeks ago I went to a friends house to help her celebrate the big 60. 

so us girls chipped in together to make it a wee bit special.

I got a wine bottle and painted it using Matt Glas using the Violet colour dabbed onto the bottle
using a sponge just a normal kitchen sponge I used. you can buy the Matt Glas HERE I then built the layers up to the way I wanted it let it completely dry for an hour but I left it overnight then following day I added a friend quote saying "Good friends are like stars you don't always see them but you know they're always there" I used white gloss vinyl from HERE and cut on my cameo 3  cutting machine

I added cork battery lights sorry photo doesn't do justice at all you really need to see it in front of you,

I kept the theme going with the Friends quote by using the black vinyl from HERE cut on my cameo 3 cutting machine added to the tray 

And again on a mug from Sublimation printing and using the mug heat press

I made the 11x11 card with my Cameo 3. Ribbon, Foam flowers, pearls,stems and other flowers were added from my crafty stash.

This is the matching envelope I made to go with the card keeping the theme going with the flowers. 

As I wasn't sure if Margaret had any skin condition I just stuck to Simple products as you can see in photo. I added a complete towel set which are underneath the goods,couple of candles and to finish it off a bottle of wine and chocs. I used the tray to put them on and wrapped them all up . We had a good night and all presents are from our little kinship family we got running,she loved all of it think she was over whelmed we even got a wee jewellery set for her too.  

Wenesday news day

WOW its been a long day!. Things have happened good and bad today but now at my craft desk making cards, boys tucked up in bed coffee at my side in my Winnie the pooh mug I made for myself the other day as I'm a WTP big fan since my young days yeah yeah I'm going on 45 but who cares no me haha.

The Winnie quote is always said to me from a Lady who is close to me these last good few weeks due to what I'm going through and every time I drink from the mug which was done on sublimation print and using mug heat press I think of her and I can see her telling me it.

Welcome my lovelies

I've took the plunge to set my updated blog after taking a long break off, say about 4 years now. So slowly getting back into crafting and keeping up with blogging. 

Easter is over and all you see is chocolate eggs everywhere. Hope Easter bunny been good to you all?. Easter bunny certainly spoilt the boys here way to much from Easter Bunny and close friends and family.
